Monday - Drive, set up camp, trail run
Tuesday - Skate rollerski speed, check out the hot springs, run and strength
Wednesday - Classic rollerski specific strength, town scavenger hunt, run and games
Thursday - Bounding intervals, paddle boating and swimming at Redfish Lake, core strength on the beach
Friday - Hike to Sawtooth Lake, drive home!
Overall, it was a FANTASTIC camp! We learned a lot and laughed a lot. It was also great to see how much the team has improved from 1 year ago!!! Feel free to download any of the photos. Email me if you want an original.
